Being at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services since 2012, Klemens Ruoss as a licensed agent always received many inquiries from his clients regarding Property Management. Unfortunately at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services CA Properties, he was forced to refer those clients out, seeing that there was not a great source where he could refer his clients to, he decided to get his broker license and open up a Property Management Company.
As an owner/investor himself of many properties, he had the expertise and knowledge of the property management industry, and felt comfortable sharing and expanding that service to his client base.
So the name of the Company is RRG rentals, or Romero Ruoss Group Rentals. The name comes from his team name at Berkshire Hathaway where him and his mom are a Real Estate Team.
